About Us

The concept of candle making began for us in 2015 as a creative hobby, repurposing wine bottles into unique, beautiful, and fragrant soy candles for our home.

Our friends and family soon became captivated by our distinctive fragrance blends and unique vessels and encouraged us to sell our candles.

After refining our candle-making process, we launched our venture at a local Farmer's Market, eventually expanding into several retail stores. Since then, we have introduced a variety of vessels and fragrances to offer a diverse selection of soy candles for everyone.

Over the past 9 years, we have continually expanded our candle collections, setting ourselves apart by custom printing directly onto our vessels. Our journey with Unplug Soy Candles has been driven by dedication and hard work, resulting in our candles being available in thousands of retail locations nationwide. Returns & Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email shop@unplugsoycandles.com within 14 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping.

Damaged Candles

We take great care in packaging every order, but due to the fragile nature of our glass vessels, damage can occasionally occur during transit. If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@unplugsoycandles.com with your order number, name on the order, and photos of the damaged item(s). This allows us to quickly file a claim and send a replacement your way!
