If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email shop@unplugsoycandles.com within 14 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping.
Damaged Candles
We take great care in packaging every order, but due to the fragile nature of our glass vessels, damage can occasionally occur during transit. If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@unplugsoycandles.com with your order number, name on the order, and photos of the damaged item(s). This allows us to quickly file a claim and send a replacement your way!
